I feel like a little Si fiend these days. It has been to long and I just cant seem to get enough. Getting that fitness back that I had last summer would feel great because I am feeling very confident on the rhino stone. Also, I got to climb with my friend Kyle O. I haven't climbed with him in a while and it was great to get some pitches in with the guy. Today I actually surprised myself. I did a route I haven't done before. It is called Gerbil Rising and it is pretty much just a different start to Flatliner. Although it gets the same grade, I think it might be a little stiff for a 13c. After that I put in a lap on porn star. Extremely good temps for the Little Si. Hopefully these early season sends are a sign of a great season to come.

more little si............./rain
Lets just say that today was not as good as yesterday in terms of weather. Jake, Tyson and I went out there and got two pitches in before we called it quits. The reason why is because by the time we got to the anchors of the second climb our hands were completely numb. Not sending temps numb. More like why am I up here numb. Oh well. It's still great to get outside and climb a little. Can't wait until spring rolls around so I can finish the cliff off.

Little si today
Today Tyson and I went to Little si. It felt so good to be back and to my surprise most climbs were dry. I even got to the top of porn star with only grabbing a couple wet holds. Winter in seattle can often be depressing for a climber in Seattle but days like today make up for it. We are going out tomorrow so hopefully this weather holds up. Rain Warriors.

Tacoma Nearly There!
It's about time! Today we had a friends and family session at the Tacoma VW. It was great to see some bodies on the wall today. We have been putting a lot for work into this this and for people to come in, have a great time, and give us nothing but good feedback is a very gratifying thing. Hopefully we will get a lot of support form the community down there and we can keep this thing running for many years to come.

So while in Bishop my friend Carlo told me of the rumors of this kid James O'connor crushing some plastic in colorado. Crushing so hard that not even Daniel Woods can keep up with this kid at cats.Local hard man gym in boulder. That is saying a whole lot. I met him down in Hueco a couple years ago and I guess two years can mean a lot of improvement. I checked out him blog on cats and it seems to be true. He has tons of videos of these problems in there. They might look easy in the videos but let me reassure you that these holds are no good. I give props to any man who has the motivation to climb v14 on plastic. I just want to see him kill it at the park of evans now. check it http://www.catsclimbing.com/
